Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in artist management, campaign management, or a comparable role within the social media, entertainment, or media industry

  • Deep understanding of the social media or entertainment market, as well as an established network within the industry

  • Excellent skills in negotiating contracts and partnerships, along with a strong sense for the interests of artists and companies

  • Ability to develop innovative ideas while keeping the artists’ long-term goals in focus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as confidence in working with artists and business partners

  • Strong organizational skills, a high level of personal responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
