3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or a similar commercial role

Proven track record in acquiring new clients and driving business growth

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for AI, innovation, and emerging technologies

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach

Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management

Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation is a plus

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

Structuring and implementing a culturally meaningful onboarding process for new team members

Supporting the entire employee lifecycle (hires, changes in status, terminations)

Maintaining and managing personnel files and HR databases

Ensuring compliance with labor and social security regulations

Restructuring and coordinating payroll (in collaboration with an external tax consulting firm)

Managing employment contracts, certificates, and other HR-related documents

Serving as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related issues

Proactively developing HR processes, policies, and tools

Helping shape the corporate culture and fostering a positive work environment

Advising management on strategic HR topics (e.g., employee retention, engagement initiatives)

A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification (e.g., HR specialist)

At least 3–5 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a creative environment (agency, startup, media)

In-depth knowledge of German labor and social security law

Experience in independently establishing and further developing HR processes

High level of initiative, a proactive work style, and a willingness to take on responsibility

Excellent communication skills and a confident, empathetic demeanor

Very good written and spoken German and English
